At Viza Solutions ("Viza", "we", "us", "our"), accessible from vizasolutions.co.ke, protecting the privacy of the people who visit this website matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect here, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers vizasolutions.co.ke only. It does not apply to the software we build and deliver for clients — Viza-LPG, Viza-FuelMaster, Viza-Esto, Viza-SME and any custom systems — which are governed by separate agreements with those clients.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the topic of your enquiry, and the message you send us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and date and time of the visit. This isn't linked to your identity and is used only to keep the site secure and to understand how it's used.

2. How we use it

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form
  • Understand which pages and services visitors are interested in
  • Keep the website secure and running correctly

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may set a small number of technical cookies as part of delivering the font files. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings — doing so won't affect your ability to browse the site.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third parties to run this website:

  • Google Fonts — to serve the typefaces used on this site
  • Our hosting and infrastructure provider — to keep the site online and secure

These providers may process limited technical data (such as IP address) as part of delivering their service, under their own privacy policies.

5. How long we keep information

We keep messages sent through the contact form only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you follow up. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes and then cleared automatically.

6. Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:

  • know what personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • ask us to delete your data
  • object to how we use your data

7. Children's privacy

This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
